So this BGL filing is mis leading, creatively false and in some critical detail, fradulant given the lower courts can not over turn the 2011 ruling
Time for MSJ to complete our share cross and sell the mines
I think the TSXV would like to know these facts posted here, this would change their views and acceptance of this recent BGL filing
BGL has no case nor a chance to reverse the higher court ruling, MSJ owns the mines on title,
