Hasn't there already been a death spiral? The stock price went all the way to .0001. I just looked at TBEV last 10Q and they still have 3.4 million in convertible debt. And that's after the reverse split. You guys think HJOE has that much toxic debt? I don't think it's anywhere near that much. Their last filing from 11/14 only shows 500K and I think there's already been a bunch converted. I can't imagine HJOE still has 3 mil of debt
