If I was a shareholder of TBEV I sure wouldn't be very happy with their CURRENT filing.
Still $3,387,279 in convertible debt, much of it in default. Shareholders there were told they eliminated a few of the notes but the filing shows they just exchanged them for new convertible notes. Their product was the number 1 seller on Amazon for awhile but I know most of it was bought by the shareholders. About $10k in revenues for the past quarter while HJOE just shipped more than that just to the Orange county dealer.
