You're not sorry about Huffman's fraud? Just sorry that I'm bitter, as you call it?
Do you think knowing what I know that I shouldn't speak out and say.....Huffman is a red flag?
We see numerous false statements in SEC filings, such as Seafarer has a recovery permit on the current site, which is not true ( that occured 4 times). Plus we see a false PR that states they need 3 items to get a full salvage permit, which the current permit makes no mention of.
Then we hear from Sinclair, the archaeologist of record who knows of no coins ever being found, though a poster referenced by the company says otherwise., and it's rather obvious something sinister is going on.
If coins were found on the current site, which is state property, the FBAR is suppose to know about it. The company states they do.
So why doesn't Sinclair know? Is he in on some conspiracy with the Defendant?
The FBAR should clear this up in the depositions.
