I found this really interesting, so in black and white Darrell Volentine admitted that he was at fault and agreed to the damages. What Small Caps failed to tell everyone is that even though SFRX had a judgement ORDER against Volentine, SFRX told Volentine that they would only seek damages if his net worth in any 90 day period is in excess of $2.4M. I would say that is compassionate justice. SFRX NEVER attempted to wipe Valentine out. They just needed him to admit guilt and stop You, Small Caps have drawn Valentine down a terrible path. Who get sued for $10+M and is allowed to keep $2.4M and then continues to fight. One with BAD BAD advice.
