In case you didn't see it, Coates filed a notification today to the SEC that the annual 10-K report will be filed late. Coates has until April 15th to file. Don't expect any significant change. I anticipate that the stock price is up a little due to market saying "buy the rumor, sell the news". Investors are sure hoping for some good news.

George stated to me that it is a buyers market for Coates while the toxic loan conversions are taking place. Hoping for a positive announcement as soon as this phase of conversions is done. Staying long but expecting some profit taking.
