Here is my latest information.
The SP will remain low as long as the toxic convertibles are in play. This has created a buyers market for COTE.
I know everyone is anxious for a PR but you can see on the photo progress on the Coates website. (Thanks, mogman, for your blog.)
George has stated that there will be no PR until the toxic convertibles are gone. The question is, when will he stop making the loans?
