They need to file a NT by the end of today. The report was due yesterday with the new year end and it is late...unless that NT is filed today. Not sure why they allow the NT to be filed by the next day.

The repercussions are zero. I am invested in a company that hasn't filed since March 2014 and they still trade and there have been no fees or penalties. The yield sign keeps people from investing though and the missed due date doesn't instill confidence in would be investors. IOW it affects us more than the company.

Regarding the post from infamous on uplisting by YE...not sure. He said profits in 2016. I thought they had to be operating two years before they could uplist so I am obviously missing something.
