Wilma, if they filed an NT 10k on 11/30, that does make the 10k late?

My questions are, I don't think anyone can rebuttal that the 10k is NOT late. If we understand that, what are our options moving forward? What is the penalty for late filings, if any? I am new to this if one cannot tell.
