An audited financial report gives us 2 important things:

1) Financial figures we can hold McHenry accountable to
2) An Auditor firm we can do due diligence on and directly question

Once we have those we can make a clear determination whether DUTV is in the game or just gaming the shareholders.

I would imagine that the DUTV faithful would want that too...
