In addition to all of the other questions I have been raising, those are excellent as well. I for one would not be voting yes or no on the proxy. I would not even fill it out until the fat man sings. I am just thinking that the SH meeting was delayed because Gerald did not want to meet with actual shareholders that got screwed and have to answer questions that he knows will be taped. Can you imagine the amount of anger in that room? Especially those that were committed enough to fly across the country to confront him? As I mentioned, I think there are many that feel very "Maddoff" about him. The lies are very similar and the results pretty much the same. All the while he collects what kind of salary? For doing what? Hell, I will do it for half.
