How much are our assets really worth?
We have a Market cap of a couple million dollars and the current rate of decline, likely be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars in the near future.
We were told that ESS, ELTO, MANFand the DX division were worth hundreds of millions each.
BP's are sitting on BILLIONS in cash and always on the hunt for new acquisition to add to their pipelines of expiring patents.
If BP's saw anything of interest to them, they could easily buy the whole company for 200-500mil. A drop in the bucket for BP's.
Grants?? Nada
A small stake in JV by a BP even?? Nope
DX deal stinks IMO. That's the best they do for the DXdiv? That tells me that no BP was not interested-at any price.
Lympro will capture a large portion of the 150 million RUO market is what GC told us two years ago. Current LYMPRO customers-zero
MsPrecise has near term revenue by the end of 2015? AND???
The NJ $7.5 tax credit?? What happened to that??
