this is actually part of the process...the biggest concern is the over seas market shorters and manipulators that work for the TF...they drive the price down to cover with converted shares. The more it goes down the more shares they get and the harder it is for AMBS to get cheaper funding...so AMBS goes back for more with worse terms than before...We have 3 maybe 4 (international Infusion is in on it also) TF involved....this mess will get worse
