Well it is market conditions...no buyers for all the sellers...plan and simple!!

GC took a huge risk for AMBS and it shareholders...he new what was going to happen to shareholders when he signed these deals....I believe he miscalculated on the markets reaction to news and the biotech market in general. He thought he had the right market moving news to absorb all of the toxic dumping, he was way wrong again.....
