We honestly don't know how far it has been pushed out. We may file a 10k at the end of the month and ask for the share increase in May.
Could the SEC actually be investigating amarantus? Lots of talk about filing complaints and today the SEC is investigating guy gentile for penny stock manipulation.
There is a lot of mystery surrounding the company and until the CEO addresses shareholders via conference call or chairman's blog the wild speculation will only get worse.
