I hear ya... but you state that we could sell an asset as a "given". If we could, why didn't we? Why have we not yet? Why would one get into bed with the toxics and chance going BK, when they had assets that anyone would want? I'm thinking they don't. We were sold that in (KOL's, NDA's ,etc) the past as a given, but where are they? One would think the orphans would attract buyers, but we have NOTHING in terms of share price appreciation, which translates into no BP interest.
