I think it would remove an impediment that creates hesitation. If they file Friday, I'm sure some will find and post it. If it was me, I wouldn't want to close Thursday with a short position as there is an unknown outcome waiting on Monday. This profit taking and quick short and cover timeframe might mean we'll see a bit of a short covering begin this afternoon and potentially more tomorrow. Seems the profit taking is slowing already. Have an appointment today so might not see the action.
