What effect will Ashcroft firm response have? Remember it's due Friday, but what if they file it early, like today or tomorrow?

Not sure if I'd like it to be early or not. On the one hand it would be cool if it became available to read just before the close on Thursday, but on the other hand, maybe any remaining shorts would panic more if they have no idea what's in it before the long weekend.
