Thanks for posting this. I'm really hoping there is a way out of this for AMBS.
Also, not sure what to make of the meeting cancellation. A part of me believes it's good news in that there is not yet an urgent need for an AS increase (at least until the summer) - perhaps they have come to an agreement of some sort or just wishful thinking that they no longer may require an AS increase.
