I have wondered if these spinoffs were some how a way to do that? We are no longer being told how we will benefit. Gerald has not spoken to us " his shareholders " in ages. I get the feeling we are the past and he has moved on from us. Not sure how he can legally remove the assetts from the company we invested in, but it sure feels like that is what he is doing. Why will he not explain to shareholders the plan if it indeed benefits us? Something just doesn't feel right.
