I'm beginning to suspect GC's plan has been to take this thing private for awhile now. Remember when he said it'd be easier if it was private a year or so back? Well, you can't juts make that happen. But making mistakes intentionally and explaining things as market conditions is a known play to make it happen. If you set up the right creditors etc the company essentially becomes yours and your buddies (queu intlinfusion). I've seen it before. It's fucking collusion and dishonesty and we won't be able to prove shit.
