A good strategy for KBM would be continuing to beat the price down, accumulate before May’s hearing date. At the hearing leverage as much from HJOE as they can get in settlement, after HJOE files dump their position with a higher profit. Saves them from a trial they’re sure to lose while maximizing their gain.
