Law Suits such as this one can extend for Years.....this is my concern. If HJOE has a plan and has already communicated with Sec and other regulators to gain an extension to keep this going to greys, then we longs, believers, need to know. I would be fine with it then.

This is the only negative I see and I would lile to see Veal address this issue. At the begining of the year,
Veal said they would file in 2016 but the law suit timeline is out of his control and I anticipate it going into 2017. The PLN case took well over a year to get to an apparent settlement.

IMO HJOE going to the greys would temporarily wipe out shareholders the same way massive conversions. We dont want that!
