I've seen comments on other boards about delisting; extensions seem to be allowed.

Getting to the shareprice threshholds and maintaining them is the obvious unknown strategy, apart from mining/selling lots of iron ore.  Share structure/merger/IPO - all interesting tangents.

Financials will be a great start.  IMO.
