Sounds good-CWRN would meet these guidelines already except for pps and the 50 million market cap requirement for a 2 dollar listing (cap at .0044 pps is 19 million-I estimated pps at a PE of 15 was 3.5c). We see stocks as low as ca 1 dollar on Nasdaq already that have fallen below current requirements and stay that low far longer than officially allowed as per the rules it seems.

About 1 year or so ago there was much ado about a new baby Nasdaq where min pps would be 1 dollar-but very soon all info on that ceased and I havent even been able to find reference to it on google ever since-does anybody know what happened to the baby Nasdaq-maybe this is their decision/alternative to that. I was never interested in the market and only got into this to help friends and have had to research a million things re manipualtion ever since so I dont even know how an ipo would work w an existing co/share structure. Its been suggested they would buyback our shares and then ipo rather than exchange our shares as occurs w just a cusip and name change without ipo.
