Pretty sure Bill mentioned that deal was long dead...that they couldn't come to terms? Also, Harbin Bearings does not equal Harbin Aerospace. Harbin is the name of the town/city in China. It's tempting to associate anything "Harbin" with his wife's company, but I'm thinking you're barking up the wrong tree.
