From the TPAC Management page on the TPAC site: "Mr. McKay was founder and Chief Executive Officer of Harbin Aerospace Company, LLC, an aircraft component part design, engineering and manufacturing company acquired by Trans-Pacific Aerospace in 2010." With this in mind, my gut tells me that "Harbin Aerospace" is an entity in name only. I'm still looking for anything physical that Mr. McKay's wife could be running, but if it were actually producing products, and wholly owned by TPAC, I would think there would be revenue showing on TPAC's 10K and 10Qs... or a loss, etc. Would love to be wrong on this, though, so if I'm missing something, let's discuss.
