My guess is that either they won't mention anything about the rough draft on a pr or on the otcmarkets.com website. They'll just have it so that their consultants can review it. Or... If they do post it to otcmarkets.com, then its after the market close. Stock price will go down tomorrow because of this tomorrow, so that's time to load up.
