Just quoted Jerry who said they'll have a rough draft out regarding up-list tomorrow and formally file by end of month so at worst we'll up-list by late May as it's in a 60 day window and if I readin' him wrong that can happen by end of this month but gladly accept a Late May upgrade as we'll sure know more with new canning order as well as distributors on board prior
