I belive he had 3000 shares that he bought just before the Mako hit piece. He has a couple other lawsuits ongoing. I am sure if Sullican wants to dig they would find plenty of dirt on him pretty easily. As for the facts it has more to do with the MM involved is my feelings! This will not go to jury trial
