I'm with you Charles. If they get this in front of some little/no information jury, and can get some sympathy for the complainants, it could suck. I wonder about the "loss" part of it though. They've only got this one guy, and how many shares did he have to claim loss for? He's some schmuck they pulled from the archives of another CA scam Rosen did some years back! I hope Ashcroft rips some serious ass in the response.
