I agree, though I hope I'm wrong. What's so difficult about this is the general public's lack of understanding of scientific terminology, process, and the presentation of data. It's way too easy for people to misinterpret these things and for some to spin it to say what they want it to say. The language around "gram-neg. coverage" and the "biomarker" issues is crystal clear to me. I've never felt deceived by any of the companies reports. It may not be so clear to the average joe, and Rosen (and initially, MAKO) have used that gray area to try to screw everyone for a quick buck...Sickening and infuriating!

The Menon/Harvard issue has been old news for such a long time that even bringing it up seems ridiculous.

I hope we can bleed all of these pigs (and that includes S.A., Rosen, and little Jimmy D. and his group) for at least the cost of defense if not damages. You can go to jail for having a single joint in your possession in some places (not my thing, just a huge drain on the system). Yet these scumbags get to walk around free.
