I'm a little confused. COR doesn't have to lose the judgment against CRGP even if it's found someone else is at fault. The judgment already exists. The TA might get removed, but not the suit against CRGP.

I don't know what grounds CRGP would appeal at this point; they lost their opportunity when they decided not to defend themselves. Wouldn't it be in COR's best interests to not dismiss the suit?
