The Adam Carter who is listed as CEO signed the filings but don't know if he ever answered the company phone or if there was ever anyone in Vegas who answered the phone. The IR phone number appearing in PRs is a digital phone service similar to Google Phone. It can be turned on/off or transferred to anywhere in the country, or put on a voice mail answering service.
I never called the Vegas IR number, but the person with the deep voice who is currently answering the primary number is not Adam Carter. Adam is a tenor.
Adam has a passport and moves freely across borders. He is tracked and verified by Homeland Security. This is done for Adam's safety and not because of any suspicion of fraud on Adam's part.
