I thought Gregg was talking about a lockup between Arrayit and AVDX. I have to go back tomorrow and listen for the 10th time. 
THI has a CLIA lab in Maryland and what Gregg was referring to when he said they were going to do a deal and take development in house.
There is very little trade action and any buying is sending the stock upward. This supports what Gregg is saying about shareholders holding until 510k. A good sign that they believe OvaDx is the real deal vs. taking what money they can and run.
