You misunderstood. Of course there is no lockup on the AVDX shares held by AMBS. There is no deal yet. Only an LOI. And I know from an email with GC that a lock up is not for sure as they are considering a dividend of AVDX shares to AMBS holders.

I am talking about the lockup the AVDX CEO mentioned about AVDX shares held by Arrayit. I see no proof of that.

Not to be combative, but how does it look like they are taking development in-house (since the Noble presentation) and how does it appear that there is appreciation due to organic buying (there is no volume.).

I'm not a hater or basher, but I don't see what you see. Wish I did.
