i'm doing this from memory but isn't there an restriction for AMBS to not be allowed to sell those 80million shares for 2 years i believe? I'm pretty sure those shares are locked up for the short term.

Please correct me if i'm wrong.

I do agree that if AVDX is succesfull then those 80 million shares will probably be worth a whole lot more down the road then they are today and AMBS can use the money for funding their therapeutic pipeline and get rid of the toxics by selling those avant shares.
