Since ADVX will issue 80mm shares to AMBS upon closing of the DX transaction; and ADVX will additional another 10mm shares upon reaching milestones....I think their is some legitimate hope that the worst is almost behind us financially speaking. The higher ADVX goes...the more likely we can raise money selling those shares if need be....also, the strong stock market conditions will help risk on related assets (like biotech companies) and potentially raising money too.
