I think they're just lazy jerks who send everything to the NY district because that's where their own offices are. If they were suing a company that was listed on the NYSE they could say that was the correct venue for that reason.

It would be funny if CTIX being a pink sheet turned out to be a good thing, because of the venue.

Also: if they were to try to re-file elsewhere, after their case being PROVEN unfounded by CTIX court filings and all the news that has come out since the Mako attack, this would be absolute evidence that the Rosen firm was acting in bad faith. CTIX could really go after them with even more claims for damages if they did that.
