FM, I think the off-label dosing is not going to fly that easily if it is for a $10,000-up treatment cost. The insurors are going to be scrutinizing the diagnosis codes closely and asking for test results to make sure they only pay for a drug if it is for the intended use.

That said, if I had a form of cancer K might work on, I sure would do what I can to pay out of my own pocket.
