Would think those Doctors could get in DEEP trouble if they knowingly prescribed an "off label" drug that caused any harm to a patient.
Still think Doctors can only use already approved drugs for said specific diseases or conditions.
That SAID , I have heard where a prescribed drug for one disease/condition and it turned out to help patients that also had other problems. Yet the prescribed drug was not approved for that.
