Hangoverjoesfan, I agree with you completely they can't stop the brand and have no control over anything that is happening. You posted before that you see the KBM suit going to trial, I also agree with you on this issue as well. If hjoe and their attorneys want to make public what these toxic loans are about and the scams these lenders play, then a settlement with an NDA would not work. do you have any opinions as to when they would be able to file, they said they would in 2016. But I'm trying to figure out how this is all gonna play out
