I am with you AlanC I can't see how rosen has any other option than retreat. Some people say they will fight to the bitter end, well the way I see it it is the end. They have nothing that hasn't been proven false, misleading or just an outright lie. On top of which they filed in NY for their convince with is in itself illegal. Guess we have to wait and see. Let see what they put out on the 11th if they try to add anything new I am pretty sure it is invalid at this point, so they have to have something substantial to support the previous allegations.
