I have been thinking about the Rosen lawsuit and the possible ramifications.
I think, were I Rosen, I would file to withdraw the suit expressing my apologies both to CTIX and the court. I would claim that after further investigation I realize it was a mistake to give the Mako article credence and admit to having acted too quickly. No question Rosen is caught between a rock and a hard spot. Has this thought crossed anyone else's mind? Go CTIX!!!
