The Feb 14th PR stated "two diesel engines have been shipped by air from China to Coates International, Ltd. and will arrive at Newark airport today."
They would have been if China had not shipped them to Newark via Canada and Chicago. No word as to what the next step will be after the retrofit. I think they will be tested and shipped back to the company they came from for them to evaluate.
Most of the attention has been on producing gen sets but I think the small engine industry holds the most potential to be the initial catalyst that starts the Coates ball rolling.
As for the compression rings, they were scheduled to be in yesterday according to my source.
