That is a very valid point Drano. Leo has obviously learned his lesson on getting burned by putting too much optimism in his past PR's. I think the new Leo is crafting his PR's much differently and I am interpreting them much differently. So when he drops the little bits of information like partnership plans I take it with a high level of confidence that he has knows enough to determine that the downside risk of making such statements is much smaller than the general public may think. I bought more at $1.15 today!
