Here's a "yes, but..." -- I can't imagine a CEO writing a press release talking about the plan for a partnership IF it works, without being pretty sure that it DID work. That stuff about "nobody knows" is true, because until the data is analyzed there won't be anything definitive. BUT, it might be so obvious that it does work because so many patients are improving, that it's reasonable to think that it works.... and to write a press release about partnership plans.
