Winston, it's not impossible to "get an accurate read on the chart action." In fact, it has been possible to accurately interpret the charts during NTEK's long slide over the past two years. It's just that it hasn't been worth reporting, because things have looked so bad during that time. It's actually harder to forecast the amount of dilution that you're guessing than it is to understand buy signals.
For example, when Goober mentioned the PSAR flip at .0025, I bought some shares based on that information. So far, that investment has been working out for me.
None of this contradicts your points about the impending R/S, further dilution, reaching 1 million customers, or NTEK's low valuation. Investors respond to all of the things you mentioned in anticipation of, during, and after these events (and others), which can show up in the charts.
