ReadChina imo its impossible to get an accurate read
on the chart action at this point because of the impending
R/S and how much NTEK will need to dilute in the
aftermath of that. I'm guessing 50%-100% more
dilution over the course of 2016. So if NTEK has
200M O/S after R/S then it will go to 300-400M O/S
by end of 2016. As long as they get UF to 1M users
by eoy that will be a minor matter as UF will be
self funding when it gets to 1M users.

All we know at this point is with NTEK mkt cap at
about $5M right now and $14.6M trailing annual revs
with potential to DOUBLE or TRIPLE those revs
in the coming year the stock is incredibly cheap.

But until we actually see how the RECAPITALIZATION
is going to work and how much more dilution needs
to take place for that its just a guessing game on the
chart.
