Hopefully finra will not deny any requests of the company as long as they follow proper procedure/submit forms necessary, such as 211 to get off grays, etc. I admit I felt the company should have proceeded differently when the lawsuit came up, but I don't have all the facts so I can't judge. I've always been stubborn so I will stick it out
